• Take Exit 313 B
• Go through 2 stoplights and when the road splits into a “V” stay to the right
• Shenandoah University will be on the right. Go straight through the next light and onto Millwood Avenue
• Follow Millwood and at the 3rd light make a right onto Loudoun Street
• Go one block and make a left onto Pall Mall Street. Go one and a half blocks and State of the Art Tattooing is on the left

Driving North on I-81

• Take Exit 313
• Yield to the right and then go through 2 stoplights and when the road splits into a “V” stay to the right
• Shenandoah University will be on the right. Go straight through the next light and onto Millwood Avenue
• Follow Millwood and at the 3rd light make a right onto Loudoun Street
• Go one block and make a left onto Pall Mall Street
• Go one and a half blocks and State of the Art Tattooing is on the left

Driving in on 522 North from Front Royal

• Follow 522 to Winchester and make a left at the stoplight by the Texas Steak House
• Go through 2 stoplights and when the road splits into a “V” stay to the right
• Shenandoah University will be on the right. Go straight through the next light and onto Millwood Avenue
• Follow Millwood and at the 3rd light make a right onto Loudoun Street
• Go one block and make a left onto Pall Mall Street
• Go 1-1/2 blocks and State of the Art Tattooing is on the left

Driving in on 522 South from Berkeley Springs

• Follow 522 all the way into Winchester. 522 will turn into a single lane
• Keep going straight to 1st traffic light and make a right onto Washington Street
• Follow Washington through 3 stoplights and then look for Pall Mall Street on the left
• State of the Art Tattooing is down half a block on the right
